Suchtprobleme durch den Konsum von Alkohol, Medikamenten, Nikotin oder illegalen Drogen spielen in der Arbeitswelt eine größere Rolle als oft angenommen. Schätzungen gehen davon aus, dass bis zu 10 Prozent aller Beschäftigten Suchtmittel in missbräuchlicher Weise konsumieren – vor allem Alkohol oder Medikamente. Hinzu kommen „neue“ Süchte wie Medien-, Informations- und nicht zuletzt die Arbeitssucht. Die Konsequenzen, etwa durch Fehlzeiten oder ein steigendes Sicherheitsrisiko, können für die Betriebe erheblich sein.<br/><br/>Der Fehlzeiten-Report 2013 beschreibt die Suchtproblematik aus gesellschaftlicher, psychologischer und neurobiologischer Sicht und zeigt auf, was eine zukunftsorientierte betriebliche Personal- und Gesundheitspolitik leisten muss, um mit dem Thema Sucht kompetent umzugehen und eine gesundheitsförderliche Arbeitsatmosphäre zu schaffen. |
