Die explorative Implementationsstudie hat eine Untersuchung der Konsequenzen des Inkrafttretens des SGB II mit den daraus folgenden Auswirkungen auf die Förderpraxis im Rahmen der beruflichen Rehabilitation zum Ziel. Ausgangspunkt ist ein, vor allem im Jahr 2005 aufgetretener Rückgang von Eintritten in Maßnahmen der beruflichen Rehabilitation. In fokussierten, leitfadengestützten Experteninterviews in Arbeitsgemeinschaften (ARGEn), Optierenden Kommunen sowie Arbeitsagenturen wurden inner- und interbehördliche prozedurale Abläufe in den Informations-, Entscheidungs- und Kommunikationsprozessen untersucht. |
